The only thing I might use out of this group is the library list. Might be neat to get into book groups and talk about books we read. But who has time to do that now!

Could not open Feedster from home. Tried the others but still did not get what I wanted. Added one Career link. Probably could find more if I took more time.

Setting up the blogline wasn't too hard but finding relevant sites to connect was not easy. I have 1 ed site and then NASCAR and motorcylce sites that were easier to find. If I spent more time I probably could find more stuff. Finding Ed sites wasn't really the issue. Finding Student Services sites was more the issue. But I can see that once it is set up it would be a great tool for keeping up with the news in one spot.

Thing 7

This is easy! Write about technology...................so I would like to go over to SIS and learn some of the new stuff they can do. Think we should get a Wii for the office for stress relief. We could bowl or maybe box if we're having a frustrating day! Love my digital camera and iPod. Still think teachers should be able to take notes to the tech assessment. Whatever it takes to get them more comfortable about using technology.

There sure are lots of things to do out there in the internet world if you had time! I liked searching by color. The flowers were really neat. I started looking at all the colors to see what flowers they had. I would like to do a mosaic but it looks like it would take more time than I have. Calendars would be neat too. So much fun to be had, so little time!

Thing 5

This one made my head hurt. Getting a Flickr account was easy. Adding a picture was easy. But linking it to the blog was hard or at least I made it hard. Didn't know some of the information so I guessed and finally after an hour it worked. Don't ask me how!!?!!

Week 2 - 7.5 Habits

So I now know how to set up a blog and post to it! This would be an example of most of the 7 habits since we are all taking responsibility for learning something new and have confidence we can do it! Any of those could be the easiest. The hardest one is to play. After all the work is done, even though it is never done, who has any energy left to play!
